Cannot start a new topic after SMF upgrade.

Hi.
I've upgraded SMF from 1.11 to 2.0 RC4, and I've noticed that I cannot create a new topic because of this:

How can I fix this? I get this even after fully re-installed SMF.
Please help me.

looks like your language files or theme files have been corrupted. upload a clean copy of everything in the Themes/default folder.

No... I've got solution... It is caused by advertisement javascript from my host  >:(
