New Posts Appearing Wrong Way

For some reasons new posts in topics are appearing at the top, not the bottom.

Profile>Look and Layout...

but it's happening to all the members; anyway to mass change it?

Look here....

Admin--> Themes & Layout --> Member Options --> Change current options for all members using this theme  -->  Show most recent posts at the top. (9th item in the list)

Admin -> Configuration -> Themes and layout -> Member options -> (your default theme) -> Configure guest and new user options for this theme

AND

Admin -> Configuration -> Themes and layout -> Member options -> (your default theme) -> Change current options for all members using this theme

Find and uncheck "Show most recent posts at the top."
