You uploaded the Themes directory in the installation package?

I've tried installing it using webinstall, puting the archive in the ftp and unextracting and just uploading the normal files from the rc4 download. I don't touch the files, so yes i did install themes

Can some one team view me and make sure my mysql and everything is setup right?

Please run the repair_settings.php file on your server.

If you want I can check your SMF installation; if so, read the stickies in this board, and give me your admin/cPanel details and URLs via PM.

this sort of error usually occurs when the theme directory is wrong or missing.

Please make sure that your theme directory is set up correctly.
(1.1.x themes will NOT work with 2.0, at all)

go to index.php?theme=1 and see if that displays correctly.
