Enotify by CreateAForum.com this text showing whatever theme im using. Before it not shown. Why this come? And how to remove it?

that text appear because you installed the enotify  mod, that mod add that line of text,  to remove that line just uninstall the mod  or find an older version of it, older versions do not have that line.
