Avatar Disappears When Profile Info Modified

I've searched but can't find the solution to this specific problem.

Whenever I update a member's profile their avatar disappears and has to be uploaded again.

Can anyone shed any light on why this happens?

Using v2.0 RC3 Curve Theme

Mods : Easy Screenshot Dumpster, Aeva Media v1.4b, Bakers Dozen Pages, Custom Tab, Wrap Image With Text, Admin Memb Reg Date, Rename Child Boards, Project Snow v1.1 

Thanks, Guys. I'll experiment further and report back if I discover anything new. Meanwhile, marked solved as I can circumvent the prob simply by reloading the member's avatar.
