Cant add HTML code

It is strange..

whenever i add HTML code on my forum, like in portal block or ultimate profile media block, it shows me this error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Title of the window is 403 Forbidden.

does your server had mod_security turned on?

Then ask your host about turning it off. Or searching here for the code that allows you to turn it off in .htaccess.

okay, you mean turning it off is the solution? I have to do it by any method?

mod_security causes many problems. There are at least two methods to disable it, one is at the host's end, one is to use a htaccess file. But that should fix it.

i tried SecFilterEngine Off in .htaccess but got an 500 internal server error
