Using ad mode but no ads

I have ad mode on my forum but I can't see any  ads. The places are just transparent .What have I done wrong? I see the last post made by google and so on, I made all the changes needed I think,

are you best to use the support thread for the mod you installed.

Like Illori pointed out already, if a mod is not working like it should be - you are usually best off trying to ask the mod author in the mods own support topic. The mod author is the one that should know their own mod best
