Forum resizing

I my forum is on like 80% to fit the browser or resolution of the monitor but when you make it very small it messes everything up. Yes i like how it fits the screen but is there a way to stop it at a certain size when i make it smaller?

I took a look, and personally, I like that it gets smaller and adjusts for the smaller screen.
When you do hit the limit, it just cuts it off with a horizontal scroll bar. What you have (I think) is the better of the two choices.
