RC4 notification problem

Hi!
E-mail notifications for new topics and replies are not working. However, I am getting e-mail messages about new members and new PM.
This is not Maintenance - Scheduled task - Activation problem.

Can you please help me?

Notifications for new replies and topics are disabled by default. You must make sure you have notifications enabled in your profile (Profile -> Notifications), and then make sure you click the "Notify" button on the topic or board you wish to be notified on.
