Error on Load.php line 2144

Hi i would like to know, if this statement has any error's. I am new to php, but i do know that this statement call's 2 functions in if statement and verifies the boolean value

$file_found = file_exists($filename) && eval('?' . '>' . rtrim(file_get_contents($filename))) !== false;
"
it appears in Sources/Load.php line 2144.
The error is below

Your file seems to be untouched, try the attached file and if the problem still persist then go to

My Community » Administration Center » Server Settings » Disable evaluation of templates

After disabling it post the error here.
