Removing errors created by uninstalled plugin

Greetings,

I'm running SMF 2.0 RC4 along with SimplePortal 2.3.3  MyOutdoorsIowa [nofollow]

I noticed yesterday in Cpanel that my disk space usage was over the limit. I was very surprised at this as I haven't added anything to the site at all. Upon investigating the matter I found that my error log for SMF was 600MB! 
After seeing that the FB Like plugin was the major culprit I uninstalled it, but the same error persists. How do I resolve this problem?

under admin -> server settings check disable evaluation of templates clear your error log and post the new errors if any appear.
