install a swedish V. of smf2 rc3?!

I want to install a swedish V. of smf2 rc3, dont know how to begin or files needed?!

take a look here http://download.simplemachines.org/?smflanguages or in your admin panel there is a way to install other languages.

i install it but it does seen like the package is messed up , its says that the copyright is delete form the template and then messs up all the forum any idea??
