Staff Pic Instead Of Staff Name

Hello.

I wanna hear is it possible to make so instead of is show like "Owner", then i shows a icon instead of staff name.

I mean, i really want have so like when you click on a user of staff i doesnt says Owner instead it shows a icon/picture, so you have a icon/picture with Owner And Gold Member etc..

Well im really bad to explain this but i hope you know what i mean.

Thanks For link, But i mean i want it to show staff icon instead of name, If your both admin and gold member then i want it to have it shows 2 icons...

yes, just icon from additional groups.. same as normal groups..
