My plight is to add this line : DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL in red font text after the URL topic link as seen in y example above

What mod are you using to add this feature?

Sorry you don't get it here. Send this topic is a default smf thing, see exaple here http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=emailuser;sa=sendtopic;topic=421434.0, now send a topic to your email and see how it is worded. Thanks....
