Error Msg Cannot open Community

This is the error message I get everytime I try to logon:                                                         Warning: Unterminated comment starting line 2 in /home/neweng26/public_html/SMF/Settings.php on line 2

Fatal error: fatal flex scanner internal error--end of buffer missed in /home/neweng26/public_html/SMF/Settings.php on line 2

In main directory of your forum there should be a file with name Settings_bak.php you can rename this into Settings.php,but before doing this just in case backup your old Settings.php file
