Board says: language files are still RC4 after Update

hi,
I just updated from RC4 to RC5. During update it said the language files are not ok, so i downloaded them uploaded and update went fine. then I converted Board content to utf8 to fix some display errors and reinstalled mods. Its all fine..
BUT in the Admin panel the detailed version check says that some language files are still RC4. I have english-utf8 and german-utf-8 installed.
Reinstalling these doesn't fix it although the installer says they are RC5. I even downloaded, unpacked and uploaded the language files manually.

I opened one of the marked .php files and the comment line at the top said:

// Version: 2.0 RC4; EmailTemplates

some other files say to be RC5. They are like this even when downloaded from the website. So this might have been forgotten by the developers. Anyone has an idea?
