Cannot uninstall package after deleted

Hello, I'm running SMF 1.1.13 and I accidentally deleted 2 packages before uninstalling them from the board. How can I go back and uninstall these packages now?

you can try uploading those packages to your packages folder and see if they appear in the list so you can uninstall, otherwise you will need to manually uninstall them.
