Hello ppl ...
I have 2 questions, I hope someone help me :)

When I write accents in the html it shows me strange characters, how to fix this? charset on site is working well, but does not appear accents in html, help me?

I have this stat: User VIP
I wanted to give permission only on this stat, as I do this in php?
I know that premission for admin is: $context['user']['is_admin']
and VIP?

I don't know exactly how you are "writing accents in the html", but it's obvious that your text is encoded in UTF-8, while your page is displayed in a single-byte encoding, probably Latin-x (ISO-8859-x). You need to review how and where you are writing the text, what your database encoding is, what your language support files are encoded in, and what your page is displayed in. All of these must use the same encoding.
