Post Publishing Issues

Hi all,

I am facing some issues with posting new posts or to move already posted topics at my forum

The issue is when you post a new topic or a new post, it wont get published, instead the I get the message 'Problem Loading Page' and it doesn't help when page is refreshed.

The issue when I move already published topics they get moved but again I get a error message 'Page not redirecting properly'

Do you think my server settings are wrong or is there some thing I am missing in the settings. Any help will be much appreciated.
