Adding themes to rc5 error

when I try to add a theme i get this error
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Hosting\7458916\html\Sources\Subs-Package.php on line 2513
please help i really need to get this fixed

sounds like a misconfiguration issue with your host, i would submit that error message to them and see what they say.
