I assume you had installed the CBI mod: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=126263.0   check  its supprot topic,  there you will find  instructions on how to add the icons, those instructions can be used to change the icons as well,  basically, you will have to find the folder with the forum ID you want to change,  for example, lets say you want to change the icon for the forum with ID 2,  you will have to find the folder named 2  in Themes/your theme/icons/     and change the images inside that folder.


or wait, are you asking how to change your own icons the same as the image?
