how to give ip view permission in who is online for global moderator as they cant see the ip. i also create group named management. i want they they also can view ips.

I think in permission you have to assign this permission to Global mods

If you are so much suspicious about a member then he should not be a mod in first place. Also even if someone changes admin rank you can easily change it back to admin by making a small change in your database.

The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

how can i use that mod in rc4?

Admin > Packages > Browse Packages > Advanced  - enter in one of the 2.0 versions the package is compatible with, should work.
