How can i remove the /index.php from the home button and from the breadcrumb navigation?

I've tried the removeindex.php mod but it is not working in my site; The css and images won't load :(

Why do you feel you need to, though? It's designed that way for a reason ;)

i think there is a chance of content duplication for / and /index.php in seo because i'm using the pretty url mod.

Actually, there isn't, because SMF 2.0 uses canonical URLs to tell Google etc. what is related to what, to avoid such penalties.

ok.. so it is not a problem.. :)
i've redirected www to non-www url though.

The cause of the first is the result of the second.

But as Arantor said, it's not important as SMF helps mitigate the risk.
