A Few Errors

Hey guys,
I need some help with a few errors within my error log.

1. Undefined index: verification_message

I know something is missing in the new theme, just not sure what.

2. Out of log in Chances

A member told me that happened to him on the first try, so he deleted his cookies and it was fine.

There is a few more but those seem to be displayed the most.

Maye a spam bot is trying to log into your user names. I hear they do that sometimes. Arantor has a fix for it in his(her?) sig

I have a fix for a very specific bot doing this in my sig

No I did not install any mods, I just upgraded to 2.0 RC5.
