In the config.php file. below is Maintenance Mode. I got up this morroning and fount this turned on and I had to turn it off. Does any one know of a way that any one can turn this on or off in the ACP or do they have to have access to the root folder in order to turn this off or on. I know I didn't.

$maintenance = 0; # Set to 1 to enable Maintenance Mode, 2 to make the forum untouchable. (you'll have to make it 0 again manually!)
$mtitle = 'Maintenance Mode'; # Title for the Maintenance Mode message.
$mmessage = 'Okay faithful users...we\'re attempting to restore an older backup of the database...news will be posted once we\'re back!'; # Description of why the forum is in maintenance mode.

it can be turned on/off in the admin panel as well as editing that file directly.

I know for a fact that I didn't turn this on. and it was off last night before I went to bed. So is there any kind of log that keeps this information that who would have turn this on.

I looked and didn't see any thing about Global Moderators. Can they have access to this.
