Errors after upgrade on rc5

Hello!
After I upgraded my forum from smf2 rc4 to rc5 I am getting this errors:

These  are avatars uploaded by members.

I tried to reinstall forum - deleted all files and install rc5 again, but errors are still there.

At this moment i have only 3 mods installed:

SimplePortal   2.3.3
Ad Managment    3.0
Hide ip stuff for users    1.04 

I don't know what can I try next?

Report it to the ad management mod's dedicated "support and comments" thread that their mod has a bug.

I am not shure that it is ( only ) that mod.

When I uninstall that mod I am still getting errors connected with avatars and attachments uploaded by members,
but they are connected with avatars that are erased at least 10 days or more ago?

Try uninstalling the mod temporarily and see if that fixes it...

same problem over here, too me it looks like that's only an error when guest view the pages ...

No, errors are still there.

I created test forum on subdomain, and when people start coming on that forum, I start getting the same errors.

On that forum I hed 3 mods:
Simple Portal 2.3.3
Google analytics Code 1.3
Aeva 1.4c

I also noticed that there was problem between Simple Portal shoutbox and Google Analytics mod.
When this mod is install shouts won't show up until I refresh whole page ( not refresh button of shoutbox, but whole page ).
I tried to install and unistall this mod more times, and always with same results.
I did not have that problem on old version.

If you read the thread for the Google Analytics mod, you'd see that not only does the new version of the mod have a bug, I even documented how to fix it
