Hello I am interested in the colored part of the database from a  mods (Download Mod) or this standard data contained in phpMyAdmin. Becouse i dont have install Download Mod or this is part from previvous installation and can i delete this.

I think part of the problem is that there was an attachment but now it's gone.

To answer the OP; if you don't want to use the download mod and don't need any of that information, it is safe to delete.
