Manage User Ranks

Ever since I upgraded to SMF 2.0 RC5 it's been so hard to find the things I need to edit. Can any one tell me where in SMF 2.0 RC5 I edit the users ranks at.

What do you mean by edit user ranks??
You can edit the membergroups
Admin>>Members>>Membergroups...Edit Membergroups
You can edit permissions
Admin>>Members>>Permissions

  That's what I was looking for. See i have more then one forums section. and It's hard to keep track of them. Any way I wanted to add a New Member Rank with out given the user more options.

So I wanted to create a New Group(Rank) and assign them to a user that's been helping.
