Accept buttons to long

I'm sure this has been asked but I couldn't find it in search. How do I make the term buttons smaller to fit the color scheme? I guess I could change the text in the button to "I accept and I am at least 18 years of age". Would that be the easiest thing to do? If so, where would I change that?

I'm also not sure if this should go here or in Graphics and Templates so feel free to move it around where it should be.
