Need help identifying a date problem

Hi,

I have installed a theme on 2 sites. They are both running 1.1 betta3 Public but I am having a problem with one of the sites in that the date is not showing correctly. The theme was written for 1.0.3 I think but is running ok except for a few things in Admin that I can put up with.

I am using %B %d, %Y, %I:%M:%S %p for both sites.
   
On one site the date is showing as: June 16, 2005, 10:30:21 AM

On the other site the date is showing as:  16, 2005, 10:30:21 am

All other themes are showing the date correctly except for another theme by the same author - it has the same problem but only on this one site.

Any ideas what can cause this problem. I'd really like to use this theme but cannot until I sort out this little problem.

The theme is Hi::Ha

I'm pretty sure this is because the theme is not updated to work with 1.1 Beta 3 yet.

I fixed the problem. But I only had to fix it on one site. The other site works ok without the fix. To get the mths to work I had to update the array in english.index.php

Strange that it only affected one site and not the other, any ideas as to why ??
