Need help with this error can't upgrade

I have moved my site to a new host and now i get this error.

.smf_personal_messages' doesn't exist

i have try to do a upgrade to the newest and it stops there and tells me this

can you verify that the table actually exists in your database? it sounds like your backup that you uploaded to this server was not complete and may be missing this table.

well it did fix and the upgrade finish now i have just a blank white site blank page what goes here
