Move topmenu / navigation

Hey guys,

I am wondering about how i can move the topmenu like this:


Well, basically i want to split the page navigation and show some static site category menu items (without dropdown) as a navigation directly above the content. The welcome message and some of the user related dynamic menu points from the standard topmenu  should go to the top right of the page like on wow.

That is what i want to do:


How can i  do that?

what theme are you using? can you provide a link to download it?

I think that's Bloc's Gamerz theme, I seem to remember seeing a topic in the premium board on Blocweb about it, which is probably the best place for it since you can't redistribute the files of a premium theme here...

Well, i thought it would be possible to show me how to do just in a general way, but if this is theme specific i will continue this thread on the BlocWeb then.
