Cant change theams

all for some reason i cant seem to change my theams
i have down loaded a few and tried to install but it remains the same and will not change
not sure what i am foing wrong

Your SMF version?
Have you downloaded the same version themes as of your forum version?
And how exactly have to tried to change the themes?

i am using 2.0
i went to Themes and Layout Settings - Manage and Install - Install a New Theme - From a file "Installed with no issues "
i went to Themes and Layout Settings - Manage and Install - Overall forum default: -  and changed to the it

there was no errors but didnt change

Reset everyone to:

did that and same issue sorry i forgot to put that there if i knew how to do it for this site i would put a screen grap here
