pretty url mod error

Hello.I was trying to install the pretty url mod .And after installation when i refresh site i face folowing error..

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '*' in /mounted-storage/home132/sub043/sc72550-NQBV/travel-tweet.com/Sources/QueryString.php on line 604
now please help me what to do..I can not even access the admin area

Did you have any mods installed before Pretty URLs?

I have solved that problem, but now i have another problem, that one of my forum's category the link shows like
http://mydomain.com/unique-tourism-13/
It should be like that
http://mydomain.com/unique-tourism/
The extra thing in my category url is ( -13 ).I tried my best but no result.I also uninstalled the mod and reupload the mod and install agian, also updated the database. but i could'nt succeed.
Help me any body please
