flash audio not working all the time

hi,

i used [flash]swf file[/swf] command. and i only can listen that swf content if i go its direct link like this,

but i cant listen it when i go through any other link such as,

http://muskilashan.com/index.php/topic,478.msg806/topicseen.html#new


why???
