How to add a button to the editor as here?:

I want to add 2 buttons: for file hosting and image hosting. Help me please.

Green Day Portal, oh thank you. I decided to drop these buttons. I found 2 excellent mods - External Uploader for downloading files on depositfiles and mod Simple ImageShack for downloading images. Files and images are loaded directly in the editor without having to go to these hosting companies. Very recommend these 2 plugin.
