I'am getting this Error Rendomlly. i have contect my host but they sayd no promblem in our end please check your application. now please tell me what should i do need help.

Usually that is solved by moving hosts. I would open a ticket with them and see what they say - don't hold your breath.

Moving to one of the web hosting providers around here in the hosting section will fix it.  Either that or you are on a shared server with well over 100+ online users at the same time running every mod in the earth! If the latter is the case then you will need at least a VPS or dedicated box.
