Simply upload it to SMF's root and run it.

"no such page" sounds like "404 - Not Found"

Seems your having a problem uploading mods. Did ftp'ing the mod package and then attempting to install the mod?

admin -> packages -> file permissions -> use predefined permission profile standard, then insert the correct connection information for ftp and click make changes.

does not matter where it is the support staff have ways to located unresolved threads, bumping will most likely get your thread ignored then help you get it resolved.

How are your permissions set on your FTP home ?

Example httpdocs or public_html should have permission 750 and all files/folders underneath httpdocs or public_html can have 777 as chmod permissions.

then ftp into your ./packages directory remove any *.zip / *.tar.gz files try uploading it again from the smf packages upload module
See if that works ?
