Hi, Guys i need your help I'm planing to move my all website and SMF Forum in New server please let me know what Step i need to take for work my all site perfectly.

My Forum Version is Rc5.

Thank you for replying my host is same only i'am changing server becouse i'am getting DataBase Connection Error

The only solution is to provide you fresh account in another server kindly intimate us after taking your full backup we will provide you account in our new server.

Then your host should be able to do all this for you after you take a complete backup from cpanel of your account.
