SMR 2.0 RC1.2 to RC4, Where the zip file?

At this moment, my forum version is SMR 2.0 RC1.2 and I want to move to RC4.

I went to "http://custom.simplemachines.org/upgrades/" but It is not in the list the upgrade from RC1.2 to RC4.

No, you have to use the Large Upgrade package from the downloads tab.

RC1-1 and RC1.2 were security fixes, the others are full release candidates and no package manager upgrade is available.

I downloaded "large upgrade" (smf_2-0-rc5_upgrade.zip -2702kb-), then I try to upload the package, start to upload but few minutes later show me the following error message, that the package can not upload, please check the permission folders.

All the folder have full control.

So, I try to do it manully, upload by FTP to "package" but I can not see in the list to [apply] and install.

Anybody can help me?

you do not install an upgrade for RC's with the package manager. please take a look at Upgrading SMF
