Slow Opening Thumbnails in Posts

I'm running a SMF RC2 forum and the Thumbnail attachments in posts seem to take a long time to open to full size. Is there a way to fasten the process, or should I just enlarge the Thumbnail size so they display in a bigger viewing size.

i would recommend you upgrade to latest RC5 and retest and see if the upgrade helps in anyway. RC2 has several security issues that have been patched in later RC's.

I think it depends on server's connection speed. And it also depends on user's connection speed.
