Deleted Active Theme

Ok I am idiot. I installed a theme that was missing the admin interface. So I figured if I went on to my server and deleted the theme the forum would reset back to default. Now it will not load and I get this error message

Unable to load the 'html_above' template.

Please help

First, try going to your forum with /index.php?theme=1 - If you allow people to change themes, this should allow you in using the default theme. If this doesn't work, then you will need to run repair_settings.php and save the settings (without changing anything) and it should reset the forum to use the default theme.
