PunBB converter

Hello,

I saw in another topic that PunBB converter exists for the 1.1 release of SMF.  While SMF 1.1 beta 3 (public) is released, I don't find the PunBB converter in downloads page.  My forums are shutdown since the last security bug of PunBB and I wait after this converter because SMF will be my new forum application.  Can I download this converter somewhere ?
