Is this a SMF version bug in admin section ?

See the picture attached.

Till now was 2.0 not 1.1 at SMF version...I don't understand.  ???

Admin>>Mainetenace>>Scheduled Taska>>Fetch Simple Machines Files... check the box for 'Run Now' then click 'Run Now'
