phpBB 2.0.6 -> SMF 1.0.5 convert

The script does not find sm, I checked the path 3 million times.

This installer was unable to find SMF in the path you specified.

Please double check the path, and that it is already installed there.

the Settings.php is there, I don't understand. 

I had some similar problems with SM Install, but I could hack around this hardcoding the  database info and the ftp settings/

My php.ini are what the requirements said.

Settings.php is there and readable SM is running :\

It worked now by starting phpBB2tosmf in the sm directory. 

Great script must have been hell of alot of work...
