Hi,

at the bottom of each topic on my forum there is a bar with a quick reply box button on it, when you click this bar/button it pops open a quick reply box.

Is there anyway to keep this open all the time please?

On the Profile page, under Look and Layout...
Use quick reply on topic display:
Show, on by default.

That will affect you only. Is that what you're after or did you want to affect everyone on your forum?

Profile>> Modify Profile>> Look and Layout

to change for all users

Admin>> Configuration>> Themes and Layout>> Member Options... will have to change for all themes being used.

and when you go to themes - membersettings you can set it for all members.
