Post photo picker

Maybe someone can point me in the right direction here.

What i'm looking for is a Theme or a Mod that when someone makes a post they can pick a picture from their own gallery for that post and that picture(avatar) will stay with that post only, and if they post again can post another picture without it affecting the all other post avatar pictures when they post.

These picture would be where the avatar goes.
