Help in 1.1.13

Hi guys so i downloaded this them called characoal and i installed it but now when i go to the main page it does't show me my menu or any thing expet the top of the page and the name of the them HELP!!!

try yoururlhere.com/index.php?theme=1 please be sure that themes you install are for your version of smf, 1.1.1* themes do not work on 2.0 and 2.0 themes do not work on 1.1.1*
