phpbb style to sm Theme

Is there and easy way to convert a phbb style to a Simple machines theme?

I would like to convert the following to Simple Machines but want to keep the style/theme as close to possible as it exists.

Also, modifying default theme to fit your needs wouldn't be so hard, just editing few images, css for colors and maybe a bit index.template.php
