[Theme]Salava (SMF 1.0.5)

Well, this one took me awhile to make because i attempted to change the main index.template.php layout. Switching around the code and trying to put div's together and yea lol. Anyway, i was trying to make something like the MyBB style Silver Blue ( link here ). And it was supposed to be red, but turned out more of a pink color. >_<. I got lazy and used ªcF's button set ( link here )

I tried to go around and fix any errors with the div's that came up but i dont know if i got all of them, so if you see something off then tell me and i'll try and get it fixed. This is my first time moving the layout around so i'm bound to have errors in there somewhere.

Couldn't think of a theme name so i made something up .

heh, thanks ^_^. I'm glad this turned out as well as it did. As i said, my goal was a red color, but yea, didn't happen that way . Not a pink fan myself but oh well lol.

Looks very nice almost excatly the same layout as that myBB theme.
1 thing though, is that where it has the "New Post" and "No New Posts" text it looks rather big, along with the  "Login with username, password and session length"

Well, it was pretty random. It's not finnish as far as i know . The lava part came from well, lava, becuase it was supposed to be Red. And the Sa was just taken as a random prefix.

You dont have to, but it would make everything very simple for install

It isn't missing any files. Only files which i've edited are the ones that are needed. I'll update the Salava file here soon with the divider.gif, sorry for keeping you waiting but you can do what trekkie suggested and just grab it out of another theme such as the SMF default.

Gaia, I love this theme. I'm using it in 2 of my boards, modded a bit color-wise, but still. I adore it.
I'm wondering why there is no quote button on the actual posts. I have to hit reply, then find the post I want to quote. Can't we add a quote button on top of the post, near the modify delete and split buttons?

That's weird, there isn't a quote button on the two boards running with this theme. There's just Modify, Delete and Split in my case, since I'm an admin on both. No quote button.

I was thinking of it but i'm not sure if it would be better to wait for a 1.1 final before I try and update it, unless there won't be alot of template changes from 1.1 RC2 to 1.1 final.

there ae alot from 1.0.5 to rc2 when I updated Dark Day took a while to do you prob best waiting for full as the staff will hopefully give the 1.0.5 ---> 1.1 changes in a single post otherwise you gotta search for each step wich is longer
